Jason actually came to my home for some signatures on a claim. Over and beyond each time I've worked with them! More than fair on my vehicle claim! switching from USAA back to State Farm. I was able to get the same coverage for less than half the price. I repeatedly had problems with USAA. With State Farm, I was able to talk to a real person not a phone tree from hell. State Farm reviewed my coverage for my home, car and umbrella.. They reviewed everything and covered more than USAA
for less than half my cost and gave me an additional deduction. I did not have to do anything except call USAA and cancel. It felt great to go back to a company I trust. USAA was simply horrible in many ways. I recommend any veteran to compare for themselves. You really need to be aware of how much USAA overcharges. The people at Jason Chandler State Farm were excellent and helpful. I will never go back to USAA.
